Surprise!!!

I thought I'd give you all a surprise........not only am I adding a new post day (since it has been 1 month since my last blog post), I am changing by blog page. I know you are all so happy to see this happening. That's how much I love you.

Although I am finished with my semesters of nursing until the fall, I have to take a Humanities class and a Fine Arts class this summer in order to graduate next spring. My humanities class I have to say has been interesting. I have learned all the different aspects needed to make movies which means we have watched alot of movie clips. If you know me at all, you know that as soon as a room gets dark and a movie starts, my eyes start closing and my head starts bobbing. We have talked about literature (read Joy Luck Club), architecture (which is crazy when you recognize building structures and what they are called), poetry, art, sculpture, theatre, and we are working on plays next (reading Sabrina Fair and watching both movie versions). My music class is also very interesting. My teacher basically reads out of the text book and has us highlight the sentences of what the test questions will be. I have to tell you that I have a hard time staying awake in the class as well. Nursing classes seem to move much more quickly and they push so much more information at us in the time that we have.

My children all get out of school this Friday. I, unfortunately, have 3 more weeks. They are so lucky!!!
