January Mantel

I love the look of a mantel. With that being said, I had some shelves made years ago to act as kind of a faux mantel for me to decorate. I don't consider myself a person that decorating comes easily to (notice how symmetrical things are...) so I started searching the internet on decorating mantels. I think that is what got me started into blog-land originally. Well, last year, I decided that I wanted to decorate my "mantel" for the seasons (like so many do on their blogs). My style is very simple but I like it. This year, I am going to post the pictures of what I do each month.
