Our friends, the Mathises, invited us to go to Hogle Zoo with them and the Radmalls (well actually just moms and kids). It was a really hot day, but we found the water fountains. Really is there anything cooler than drinking out of a lion's mouth?
Hogle Zoo is very visitor friendly. They have set up these fans that have water spraying through them. We stopped at every one of them. They felt so good!
So, all in all, we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 11 kids with us. That was quite a group! It actually felt 
almost like a field trip. Becca Mathis reminded me how much she likes to go with me and mykids because we always have open arms for carrying around little ones. I wonder if she
knows how much we like going with her because we like carrying around the little ones? We are the lucky ones.

I can't believe that you have already got around to posting this--you're making the rest of us look bad! But we still love you and had so much fun today--thanks for carrying my kids all around!
Now I know why the girls weren't at piano lessons. Sounds like you had fun. Did you like the white alligator?
